City website draft design review open house
You’re invited to an Open House to review early draft designs for the City’s new website.
As part of the City’s web redevelopment project, the City is creating a new visual design for its website and we would like to receive early feedback from citizens, businesses and community partners about the draft designs.
This feedback will help us to understand which of the draft designs is best at reflecting the unique qualities and character of our great city and its people, while providing an easy-to-use and accessible online experience for website visitors. Your input will also allow us to make any modifications and changes to the concepts based on the feedback we receive as part of the next phase of design.
OPEN HOUSE:
Tuesday, November 5th – City Hall, 71 Main St. West
2:00-4:00 p.m. – Room 830 (8th floor)
6:00-8:00 p.m. – Room 264 (2nd floor)
The design firm will be present at the open house to answer any questions about the draft visual designs.
An online survey will also be available on November 6th to gather feedback on the visual designs from those who cannot attend the Open House. A link to the online survey will be posted on the City’s website (www.hamilton.ca/web) and sent to you as a participant of the City’s Website Improvement Panel.
If you have any accessibility requirements in order to participate in the event, please contact me. Advance requests are encouraged to enable us to meet your needs adequately. Text-based descriptions of the visual designs will be provided at the Open House and upon request.
Please contact me if you have any questions or comments. Thank you,
