VistaShift launches
November 18, 2013, Hamilton, Ontario, – Canadian business leader, Founder & CEO Ron Neumann, announced the launch of VistaShift Inc., a start-up company that has designed a new process methodology for leveraging the power of the collective intelligence of an organization and its ecosystem for problem-solving, decision making, strategy development and innovation. Based on research, best practices and a new science called Perspective Dynamics, the VistaShift process helps leaders utilize the powerful force of perspective taking to realize the potential of their team and company.
VistaShift’s unique approach increases the organizational capacity to detect and anticipate risk, discover opportunities, solve complex challenges and make quality strategic decisions. “Gaining a next level perspective empowers organizations to be truly transformational” said Ron Neumann. “Engaging and aligning customers, employees and partners, allows organizations to move in the right direction, at the right speed. Seeing challenges through many perspectives is a talent Ron Neumann has honed over the years. VistaShift is an inspired distillation of his experience leading and growing nine successful start-ups, several sold to companies that included Research in Motion (Blackberry), Oracle and Google. Through the understanding of the power of perspective taking, Ron has discovered a critical element to success and together with Co-Founder, Leslie Eubanks, a former global leader in Fortune 500 companies, facilitator and expert creative problem solver, located in San Diego, California, created a new perspective taking process that can fundamentally shift thinking to uncover hidden assumptions & biases, illuminate unique insights and discover new possibilities.
The VistaShift process is executed over five phases and is designed to uncover organizational insights for enhancing outcomes. Ron has assembled a global team that has already introduced the methodology to over a dozen organizations, proving the value and continuing to evolve the process for achieving the greatest impact. VistaShift is currently taking on select new clients.
