Our next Freelancer Meetup event is this Saturday, January 11th!
Web designers, graphic designers, developers, marketers, writers, photographers, if you are running your own consulting business or want to learn how to start one, come on out!
Thanks to everyone that came out to our inaugural event in November. We had an amazing turnout, with a jam packed room that had standing room only! There was such a broad range of talent and experience in the room, from freelancers that have been running their own businesses for years, to those who are just starting out and want to pursue making money doing what they are passionate about.
It’s a brand new year and we have a lot in store for you in 2014 with Freelancer Meetups and Workshops. We want to get your freelancing business kickstarted with another meetup event!
You are invited to join us for the next Freelancer Meetup event happening Saturday, January 11th 2014, starting at 2pm at The Pheasant Plucker (20 Augusta Street, Hamilton).
We are very excited to have Paul Copcutt as a keynote speaker, presenting on how to communicate your unique freelancer brand to get the clients you want.
Schedule:
2:00-2:30 – Registration and networking
2:30-3:15 – Short presentations and group discussion
3:15pm-4:30pm – Networking session
4:30pm – Wrap-up, feel free to stay to chat
