Vincent Mifsud has held various C-level positions in the technology sector including Chief Executive Officer of Genesis Worldwide, Chief Operating Officer of Pivotal Corp. and Chief Financial Officer at Rand Technologies. During his tenure at Rand, the company grew from a $30 million private company to a $300 million public company over a 5 year period with 70 offices worldwide. Similarly at Pivotal, the company grew from $10 million to $95 million in revenue providing software solutions in 35 countries globally and was selected by Deloitte & Touche as one of the top 10 fastest growing technology companies in North America. At Genesis, the company became the global leading provider of green structural building solutions utilized in over 350 projects, representing over 10 million square feet of building area. Vincent is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
