Caliber Communications and Nix Sensor make Canada Startup Top 50 growth list

Two Hamilton-area based tech startups, Caliber Communications and Nix Sensor, made the 2018 Startup 50 ranking of Canada’s Top New Growth Companies.

Nix Sensor is the creator of the Nix Color Sensor, a device that’s basically a photoshop color finder tool in real life. When paired with a smartphone it allows you to tap on a surface and find the color, and even directs you to the paint stores where the color is available.

Caliber Communications is a technology company that has engineered and developed a unique communications platform which operates on the cellular backbone. Utilizing a patented communication technology, they offer the world’s first modular security system.
