Mohawk Professor releases remote student feedback app

Dr. Peter Basl, Professor of Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology at  Mohawk College, recently released Start Stop Continue, an application that aims to help teachers create a positive classroom environment by collecting feedback from students.

After registering with the app, teachers can create a course and an activity associated with the course. Students can then log in through the browser or download the app from the Google Play Store or the iOS App Store and access the activity via the activity’s URL and PIN to participate.

Dr. Basl developed the app as part of an Applied Research project at Mohawk College, with the initial concept supported by IDEAWORKS and continued support by the Centre of Teaching and Learning.
