LaneChange released to report mobility issues to City Hall

Hamilton-area developers Tim Carr (@timcarrphoto, @solodigitals) and Marlon Lulgjuraj (@screenthink) have released LaneChange (beta), a free mobile application that helps you quickly report blocked bike lanes & other mobility issues to the City of Hamilton.
